No-makeup makeup looks are perfect for when you’re trying to achieve the type of fresh-faced appearance
that suits any season.
Trying to attain an appearance where you’re looking barefaced requires a concoction of products that will give you the look of perfectly even skin, bright eyes that are as awake as the sun, and add a touch of color to give soft definition.
I know it can be hard to master this seemingly simple natural makeup look, so here is a breakdown of the products you’ll need and how to use them, to accomplish the no-makeup makeup look.
First up to bat, is moisturizer. I cannot stress this enough. Moisturizer is the number one must have product forever and always. Period. End of sentence. No way around it. Using a good moisturizer will provide you with an amazing palette that will be soft and smooth.

Next up is concealer. You may be thinking to yourself that concealer would sit heavy on the
skin and take away from that light, airy, natural no make up look. I get it! I would have thought that too but when the right concealer is applied correctly, it actually blends
flawlessly into the skin. Use a tight packed brush like the dome blending brush to pick up a small amount of your concealer and stipple onto areas that need color correction or blemish concealing.
Once you have color corrected and concealed what you need to, its time for perfect foundation! The reason I recommend using a 50% pigment filled wax based foundation, is because it will gift you with a beautiful, glowing second skin finish! Buff it on lightly, building the coverage you desire with a large diffusing brush.

When it comes to eyeshadow and a no makeup look, neutrals are the key to nailing the look! Aim for a shade one to two shades lighter than your natural skin tone! Its best to focus your eyeshadow to your lid and in the eyelid crease! Taking your eyeshadow to far will take your no makeup look to "hey look at me"! If you feel you need eyeliner, then aim for a brown to taupe shade. The same thing goes for mascara. You don't want your eye makeup to become too harsh! Soft and gentle is the key point!

Don't forget those cheeks! Typically you would hear someone recommend a cream blush for a no makeup look, but I'm on the fence about that one. Considering your foundation and concealer is waxed based, adding a powder blush with a sheen to it would make for a perfect balance!
Last but absolutely not least. My absolute favorite, the lippie! When it comes to adding pigment to your pout, opt for hydrating products that enhance your natural lip color. One to two shades darker will do the trick!
Now that you know what you need to create a masterful no makeup look, go try it out! As always please reach out if you ever have any questions! Comment below if you are excited to try this method!
